Texas Outdoor Council is an organization dedicated to education, conservation, and community involvement in both rural and urban settings throughout the Lone Star State.  Our mission is to educate Texas youth and especially to introduce at-risk-children to the great outdoors by teaching them to fish and hunt with an emphasis on conservation, preservation, and improving the great natural resources of Texas.

TOC offers community programs that provide education and activities to our urban and rural youth that allow them to explore a variety of outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, and boating in conjunction with current conservation policies prescribed by State and Federal Agencies.

It is the belief of the Texas Outdoor Council that together, through community involvement and education, we can preserve our Texas heritage and our environment for generations to come.   By working hand in hand  with other Texas sportsmen’s groups and related non-profit organizations, we can improve the future of Texas and all Texans as well as those who visit our great state.
